Burgers


It's Summer Time, and time to put the meat on the heat...

People like to use a wide variety of meats including ground pork, turkey, chicken etc... but here is how I do it.

So here is my recipe for great burgers:

  • 1 lb. Ground LEAN ground beef
  • 1 lb. Ground Veal (typically lean)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried onions
  • 1/2 Tbsp dried garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp dried mustard
  • 1 tbsp kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
Form into roughly 6 patties (7 oz.).

On a hot grill cook those burgers.
